Our Classes
Youth Strength and Conditioning
Classes are on a: Sunday: 10:00am - 11:00am
Tuesday 5:45pm - 6:45pm (From June)
Thursday: 5:45pm - 6:45pm
Currently, we run Youth (11-15) Strength and Conditioning classes at Mount Anville School, Sports Complex.
These group classes are focused on developing and improving fundamental movement patterns, core strength, explosive power and speed. As an athlete, good body management and coordination is essential. The aim is to pair fitness with fun and provide an opportunity to hone life skills such as perseverance, hard work and commitment. Our goal is to lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

Female Focused Strength and Conditioning
Classes are on a: Sunday: 7:00am - 8:00am.
Thursday: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
When starting our business wanted to make sure we created an environment where women felt comfortable in themselves. These classes allow women the space to develop their confidence, build strength by lifting weights and learning new movements, and thrive in a class of like-minded women. The intention is to create strong, confident women that will create healthy habits that can last lifetime.
Currently, our Female Focused Strength and Conditioning classes are held at
Mount Anville School, Sports Complex.
